Garageland announce the brand new series of the Garage Gigs

Garageland, in association with IMRO,  is very proud to announce the brand new series of the Garage Gigs.
The legendary series of gigs for new and unsigned artists which launched the careers of the likes of The Script, Ryan Sheridan, Ham Sandwich, The Immediate, Fight Like Apes and Niamh Crowther,  kicks off in the Grand Social on February 18th 2016.
Running for over 15 years, the Garage Gigs has introduced an exciting system whereby bands and solo artists can take control of their own destiny and get paid for performing their own original music, the holy grail of creative artists anywhere. With this new lease of life the Garage Gigs will be expanding operations into the UK In 2016 with shows in London and Manchester scheduled, along with a complete circuit of Ireland, enabling new artists to expand their fanbase
Dermot Lambert CEO of Garageland and designer of many of Ireland’s  major music programmes for young musicians says ‘ this is our most ambitious programme to date, and we intend to create spaces for artists of all ages throughout ireland and beyond, with plans also in place for the launch of Garage TV and a brand new Garageland Music Awards and Garageland Youth Music Awards later in 2016.
